Submerged - now it's easier than before! (1.0.2 update)


Hello there!

After watching someone suffer through the game, I decided to sit down and tweak stuff a little.

Changelog:

  • Fuel and Oil interactions are now consistent between different framerates. Simply put, now they take "delta seconds" into account when incrementing the value over time. As a result, the filling part takes always 2 seconds, on top of the initial 1 second "move to the spot" animation, making the whole interaction 3 seconds long. Valve Actuator's rotation animation has also been adjusted.
  • Ballast tank control (tilting) is now approximately 2x faster. Previously when player interacted with the Ballast Control Unit, the undergoing constant tilting was still being applied, hindering the player's untilting efforts. Now, the interaction stops the constant tilting for its duration. Should make the interaction less tedious (still requires you to spend some time alone with the BCU).
  • Added inclination limit value to the book on the general Submarine page. Previously it was unknown how much inclination is too much. Now, the player can check what's the value of no return (I mean death).
  • Added length limit to Electric Box wires. Previously the wires could be dragged throughout the entire vessel. Now, they will stop close to the box. They can still be brought gradually farther away, but only by a little each time and the whole thing resets if wire is moved back to the box's vicinity.
  • Made the correct wire order fixed for a single game. Previously the correct wire order was different on each reload. Now, it stays the same.
